Description
Tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side components of web applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, etc.
- Build and optimize database structures and queries to ensure efficient and scalable data storage and retrieval
- Integrate front-end components with the back-end components to ensure seamless operation of the web application
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the functionality and usability of the web application
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of back-end code to ensure reliability and security
- Ensure compliance with web standards and best practices in back-end development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Experience with web frameworks (Spring, Django, Ruby on Rails, etc.) and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous work and demonstrating skills and experience
